There’s the Whole 30 diet, which eliminates dairy, grains, and sugar from your diet – but apparently allows potatoes, chicken, fish, bison meat, and – like every other healthy diet – all the vegetables you can eat.
And, there’s the theory that happy relationships are key to positive aging.
Another idea – from Costa Rica – is pura vida, meaning “pure life” or “take it easy” or “enjoy life.”
