My best consumer experience: Being ready for Christmas
I was wrapping six or so packages at midnight. But, all in all, I did well this year in my Christmas preparation.
It was such a joy to watch the children open presents on Christmas morning, a day of such gladness and celebration.
My worst consumer experience: The post office closing early Christmas Eve
I walked over to the post office to mail my last package and some holiday postcards on Christmas Eve. It was closed. The sign said the post office had closed at noon.
Darn. If I’d used the Internet, I might have been able to find out about the early closure and saved myself the trip.
