Top 10 places to travel for Labor Day

Looking for a last-minute Labor Day trip? Or, if you live near one of these cities, want to join in the celebrations at a top, fun spot?

Here’s my list of America’s top 10 travel destinations for Labor Day 2012:

• New York City

• Orlando

• Las Vegas

• Chicago

• Los Angeles

• Dallas

• Boston

• San Francisco

• Denver

• Seattle

Dallas is new on my list this year, while Atlanta dropped off.

I selected the cities after reading through several dozen travel websites. These cities appeared most often in the recommendations.

If you’re traveling on Labor Day to these or other cities, I hope you have a great celebration.
