Best wishes on Earth Day

Tulips Barns 2013

It's a beautiful day here in the Seattle area. The big blue sky goes all the way down to the ground,

The nice weather today and the opportunity last week to visit the tulip fiends in Skagit County are reminders on why Earth Day is important.

As consumers, we need a healthy environment and planet for the quality of life we all desire.

So, best wishes to you and your loved ones on Earth Day. I hope you are able to participate in an earth friendly activity today.

I shared a ride with a friend to a meeting on sustainability. It was great to take part in a discussion on how our community can be sustainable so that we retain the quality of life for ourselves, our children, and grandchildren in 2035.
