Happy Valentine's Day

Are you ready for the big day?

I have plenty of chocolate, so I'm going to have a great celebration.

However, I'm wondering about heavy metals in chocolate. As You Sow, a consumer organization, filed action in California to get major manufacturers to do something about it. However, it doesn't seem there's any way to tell which chocolate has how much. An organic company was also included in the legal action.

I guess I'll have a sustainable Valentine's Day dinner and cook local salmon and vegetables for dinner.

I've been writing articles about Valentine's Day all week, so I'm glad it's finally here.

I was surprised to look at the calendar and see that President's Day is Monday. It snuck up on me. No wonder there have been so many ads for it on television.
