Thanks for the tips on how to shop for shrimp. There really is an art to doing everything. This post was also a great reminder that just because it’s sold in stores does not mean it’s good for you- which is why it is important to have an understanding of what’s going into our bodies. Being from the south, seafood is a staple in my diet. I’ll be sure to share this post with some of my “shrimp loving” friends! #GFEpart2
