Tips for shopping on Cyber Monday
November 28, 2021
Just like deals started early for Black Friday 2021, the same is true for Cyber Monday.
Americans are expected to spend $10.2 to $11.3 billion on Cyber Monday this year, according to Adobe Analytics, a number that could beat Black Friday sales.
What should you look for on Cyber Monday?
Compare prices for smart phones, computers, laptops, and tablets. Also check out deals for TVs, appliances, cameras, watches, clothes, scooters, bikes, games, and beauty products.
Another benefit of shopping on Cyber Monday is that it’s early in the holiday season. You’re less likely to be affected by shipping delays and supply chain disruptions.
Tips for holiday shopping include:
Make a plan. You need to have a holiday budget for spending. Don’t let possible deals on Cyber Monday lead you to overspent.
Do research. Know what the prices are for the items on your list. That way, you won’t be fooled by deals that really aren’t deals.
Abandon your cart. Sometimes, when you leave items in an online cart, a company will say they noticed and will send you a 10 percent off coupon to try to get you to go back and purchase the items. However, again, compare prices. Make sure you’re not paying more.
Try social media. Follow your favorite stores on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Watch for deals that may be offered.
Good luck. I hope you’re able to find some great bargains.
