Holiday leftovers: They’re delicious, but remember these safety tips

Best wishes on Christmas Day

IMG_8071 copy

Merry Christmas, if Christmas is a day you celebrate.

I got very lucky and my daughters came to visit me for a Christmas celebration in early December.

We had a Christmas dinner, featuring the family tradition of turkey with stuffing made from hamburger buns, on Dec. 3 and opened presents on Dec. 4.

It was a joyful time. I’m glad my daughter from Madrid was able to make it home safely before the omicron variant started exploding.

I’m continuing to not go out much and hoping the best for all of us this holiday season and in the new year.

Best of everything on Christmas Day. May your blessings be many.
