It lasted five long months. The strike between the Writers Guild of America and Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers has been settled. The weather in the Seattle area on the weekend was great. I spent two afternoons working on the yard work tasks I wrote about last week, with an emphasis on weeding. I’m almost finished. Future Motion is recalling 300,000 Onewheel electric skateboards. The skateboards can stop balancing the rider if the boards’ speed limits are exceeded, posing a crash hazard that can result in serious injury or death.
